![]() ![]() The only current supported mechanism for transferring code to the TNC 155 controller is Heidenhain's TNCServer program TNCServer can work with the controller only in block-wise transfer mode. It is therefore necessary to edit the code produced by the post-processor and move each ToolDef statement to a position just prior to the relevant ToolCall. It would be of great help if a parameter were provided to force the post-processor to do this for us. ![]() ToolCall #1 - fails because Tool#1 was not the last defined. So a program requiring tool changes will fail at the first tool call, e.g.: This is incompatible with the constraints of the TNC 155 controller which only permits a Tool Call of the last-defined tool when operating in block-wise transfer mode. The Heidenhain TNC 155 post processor places a ToolDef statement for each tool to be called at the start of the generated code.
